Theory is really effective to teaching to improve learning environment and relationship between students and teachers. For example, the Microsystem helps understand teachers clearly what happening to students. I have seen this was used by in my school. This was happening when one student couldn't follow his or her friends and teachers were having meeting to discuss student's situation. Then, teachers decided his or her class teacher to meet student and have a discussion to explore what is going on to student. Finally, teacher gave an assistance to improve student physically and emotionally with all teachers' collaboration.

I see that every theory is effective to use in different situation with different theories.
