sharing experience

microsystem, in my class, there was a child who come from broken family. She is a bright studnet yet she is not confident in speaking beacuse of her family, she did not sue to sharing her feelings and thoughts. I tried to give her more chance to speak and ask a lot of question. Later she became more confident and dare to share her feelings.
