By learning this theory, the teachers would know more about the problems that students are facing. Teacher would know more about which system is affecting the students' study. Moreover, this theory could also help teachers to find the solution of the problem easier.

This theory helps me to be more careful about myself in the classroom, in the future. For example, how to behave in front of the students? and how could I treat them with respect? and not to harm their study. 

Furthermore, if students are facing problems about the family, I could also visit their parents and talk to them. I could ask them to support the students and encourage them to study.

I believe that learning this theory would help the teachers to help their students study without stress and depression.
