This first week was very useful for me because I learned that teachers in different countries face similar challenges but can still find creative ways to teach. The Conversational Framework helped me understand that teaching is not just about giving information, but about creating different learning experiences for students. It also changed my thinking, because now I focus more on how students learn, not just what I teach. I feel more confident and motivated to improve my teaching using simple and practical ideas.
