 When I consider how technological access shapes young people’s learning and development, I can reflect on myself. When I compare my learning in Myanmar, without new teaching and learning resources and ideas, to my learning in Thailand, with access to the internet via phones, home computers, and other activities, I see myself improving a lot in my studies in Thailand.
