Theory in practice

This theory helps me understand the importance of knowing student's background. For example, if a student is very quiet in the class , teacher should not assume that he or she is lazy or not interestd.Instead, we need to think about posible reasons behind their behavior. There may be problems at home or emotional stress related to conflict and displacement. By understanding these factors, we can better support students.
