To understand student's story behind the behaviour, it is really important to have open communication between teacher and student. As I experienced, when my student is not normal like stay alone, being quiet, does not come to school often, or does not focus in the class, firstly I talk to the student indivitually. It is not easy to get her trust but I still continue to know her problems or challenging. Next I talk to other teachers to discuss or find solution for students. However I did not have opportunity to go home visit. So that I could not discuss with their parents directly. As a teacher, I take more time in class with my students instead of teaching all the time. I also make sure that all of my students feel safe and comfortable at the school.
