Since I became a teacher in 2022, I have faced different types of students' behaviours. There was a day that one student in my class keep missing school, and when he comes to school, he is always sleeping. I was wondering about that he is skipping the shcool for a couple of days and sleeping most of the time in class preiods. For this case, I contacted the student's guardian to ask them the reasons. It turned out that the student has been working at night to support their family's financial needs. That case made me realize how that student has been struggling to help his family. After hearing that problem, I come up with the solution to give him extra time after school for one hour. That solution helped that student a lot because he improved in his term-end exams grade.
