Challenging behaviour

  • Did you respond to the behaviour only or reflect further and become curious about the ‘story’ behind their behaviour?

I responded to both current behaviour and about the 'story' behind their behaviour because their present action said what did they do in the past and their current action said what are they and how are they building themselves with the experience that they got. 

  • What did you do to understand and learn more about their story?

I will research about the background and the situation of the students by visiting to their family or listening from someone sharing who knows or close with them.
