challenging behaviour

as a new volunteer teacher, I have never visit ot the students' house.I just respond the behaviour only. However after I read the important of home visit, I learnt how it can improve the identified needs and which can lead to a better outcome in the classroom.It also affect how they learn and communicate with others.I think, I will use this home visit system for a better classsroom.
