Challenging behaviour

Did you respond to the behaviour only or reflect further and become curious about the ‘story’ behind their behaviour?

Of course. I am curious about their background if students can not study well and they are rude or disrespect. To investigate the story behind them, teachers have to interact or collaborate with their guardians or parents and should find the best solution.

What did you do to understand and learn more about their story?

Some have trauma to speak someone in discussion because they are introvert and are shaped not to talk too much from the past situation.  Other are shaped in the past factors of family separation, bad or untidy environment, and exploitation. These circumstances make student shape to slow down their ability.

Read other people’s posts on the discussion forum and respond with any suggestions or ideas based on your experience.
Ok krap.
