Challenging behaviour

  • Did you respond to the behaviour only or reflect further and become curious about the ‘story’ behind their behaviour?

            Sure, I am curious about every story that makes them to behave so I could find ways to handle it without much effects on the students.

  • What did you do to understand and learn more about their story?

            I do not usually start with question instead I tell about my story or other stories that relate with their stories. As I want them to feel that they are not the only person to face this, I usually start with the story to start the conversation in order to solve the problem.
