Difficult situation in classroom

While I was playing activities in the classroom, I did not aware the questions were too sensitive for the students. So they started crying, and I was shocked doing nothing. I did not even have time to comfort them since the class time was already over. Later, I talked to other teachers who might be close to them about the situations. Then I talked to them privately using both micro and meso systems.
