Challenging behaviour

As a student I notice that in our class, if one of the student show their bad behaviour or show their uncomfortable situation, before teachers go and talk to their parents, teachers always talk to them first. If it's doesn't work, then they go and talk to their parents. It's useful in one way like student parents know what kind of behaviour do their children have and what do their children need.
