Ecological Systems Theory helps teachers to understand students' development and wellbeing not only looking at happen in the classroom but also outside the box because students' performance in the classroom does not influence by what happen in the class; there are other factors that can affects student like family problem, culture effect and others. 

By knowing Ecological Systems Theory, teachers can make more effective decision for the students.
