I will support a student struggling with engagement, applying inclusive practice and respect for individual needs because I have seen myself one of the student who less confidence to engage in classroom. This is challenging for pursuing higher education. I will also focus on individual respect to make every student feels equally in classroom.

I will observe every student behavior when I teach or give them group project to understand their engagement. I could use Mesosystem and Macrosystem to create fun and fair classroom. I will coordinate with parents or other teachers to align support strategies and advocate for more inclusive policies or culturally responsive materials.
