Looking at the Lesson Plan

The lesson is well-written as it includes a combination of different types of learning, exact time-frame, and detail instructions. However, I would like to emphasize on the step 1 to clarify the instruction a little bit. I suppose not every student will understand what the teacher wants to mean there. I would amplify a little bit more on the sentence "What you hope to achieve?". Maybe I would explain them the exact thing they have to do, for example, long-term dream, achieving their tasks, etc.
