Space for listening to learners

Trust is one of the key factors in building strong communication. If students do not feel safe and do not trust you, they will not have the confidence to share their difficulties. Therefore, I show them that I am someone they can trust and that they can talk to me about anything they want.

I also give them time before class to review previous lessons and ask them what they would like to add or explain further. Sometimes, I give them time to express their feelings if they want, without any pressure. However, we have to start with ourselves to lead them toward confidence.
