As we enter week 3, I have started thinking more deeply about how to apply the ideas from weeks 1 and 2 in my teaching environment. From week 1, I realized that a good learning environment is not only about the classroom space but also about how students feel emotionally and socially. I tried to create a more supportive atmosphere by encouraging students to share their opinions and respect each other.

From week 2, I learned that students are influenced by their background and experiences, including social and family situations. Because of this, I tried to be more understanding and flexible when students face difficulties. I also began to think about how I can design activities that connect with their real-life situations.

Although I am still learning, I plan to include more group activities and discussions to support both learning and emotional development. I believe these ideas will help me build a more inclusive and positive classroom environment.
