Reflection

I plan to organize my classroom by creating a "Peace Corner" where students can go if they feel overwhelmed or stressed. To make everyone feel safe, I will work with my students to write our own classroom rules so they feel they have a voice in our Microsystem. Based on my experience as a leader, I know that clear boundaries help students feel more secure and behave better. One simple idea I recommend is using a Visual Schedule on the wall. This helps students who are displaced or learning English always know what to expect next, which reduces their anxiety.
