Supporting your learners

The lesson plan is well-organized with detail time frame. Most of the students in this field might not know well what they really want to be since survival and legal status prevent them from thinking outside of the box. I would refer the only reason they come to school is be able to access the education to get a good job within the boundary they have seen most of the time.

One slightly adjustment from my perspective for lesson plan is adding  acquisition to make sure students acknowledge the dreams or careers beyond what they have known.
