I think the lesson plan and the ideas on the Padlet are very helpful because they focus on supporting students’ dreams and giving them a voice. I like how the activities encourage students to share their goals and feel more confident about their future.

I can use these ideas in my own classroom, especially by giving students more chances to talk about their interests and what they want to achieve. This connects to the micro system in the theory, because it focuses on the direct relationship between the teacher and students.

In my context, I may need to adapt the activities by using simpler language and giving more support, because some students may feel shy or have experienced stress. 

Overall, I think these ideas are useful and can help students feel motivated and supported in their learning.
