Difficult situations in classroom

VPLP: In my context, education acts as both a victim (due to instability and limited resources) and a liberator (by helping students build knowledge and hope for the future).

What I did: When a student showed difficult behaviour, I tried to understand their background by talking to them, communicating with their parents if possible, and creating a supportive classroom environment, instead of only correcting their behaviour.

Ecological systems: I mainly worked within the microsystem by building trust with the student and the mesosystem by communicating with their family when possible.

What else I could have done: In the exosystem, I could work more with school leaders to improve support systems for students; in the macrosystem, I could promote more inclusive attitudes in education; and in the chronosystem, I could better consider the long-term experiences of students affected by conflict.
