Supporting your learners

As we are teachers, we have to support our students for sure. I will let them write down or draw what is their futur dream. I will try to encourage them and if they do something wrong I will fix them . I will make them feel warm and help them as I can. Some parents they don't really understand what their child need or career. I will try to talk with the students parents and I will ask advice from other teachers as well.
