Space for listening to learners

Do you have activities or routines that you use regularly to create space for listening to learners?

It will be evaluation feebacks at the end of the week. Normally, we have 5 classes each week and on Friday, there is a session inside our classroom of giving the students a piece of paper and let them answer the questions I have prepared. For example, "What is your favorite activity inside our class this week?" "What do you dislike most?" "Which part of the lesson you find it most difficult to understand?" Then I read them privately and improve my lesson better for the following week. Another thing that I did is playing games or doing physical activities when they are having a heavy mood or bad feelings. Sometimes, they don't tell you anything even if you ask them privately so I played games that they can share their feelings. Example of the game can be like "Chasing pens" which you can use it to ask questions. First, come up with light questions which bring them joy or something similar and then it might lighten up their mood. Then you can ask the questions you wanted later.
