Space for listening to learners

In my practice, I create space for listening to students by asking questions during and after lessons. This helps me understand what they know and what they need help with.

I also try to talk with students and let them share their feelings or problems. This helps build trust and makes them feel comfortable.

These activities help me understand my students better and support their learning.
