Difficult situation in the classroom.

 I believe that a student with low confidence can become a confident person. I experienced this when I was a volunteer at an English camp. One of my students did not dare to speak in English or pronounce words, even though she understood the lessons. I noticed that she was very shy and introverted. She thought that if she made mistakes, her friends and I would laugh at her.

So, I told my students not to laugh at others when your friends make mistakes and to respect each other. I explained that making mistakes is not something to be ashamed of. I also gave her opportunities to speak in English. After a couple of weeks, she gradually became more confident and started speaking English little by little. She was no longer shy and became more confident person.

I used Microsystem because I directly contact with students , changed classroom environment and gave them a chances to speak.
