Different situations in classroom

In a training, a student did not participate in the group discussion and show less interest in the team because of less confidence.

  • What you did.

I first asked her members to listen to her idea in the discussion and made sure to include her idea in the teamwork. In brake time, I spoke to her to build to close relationship so that I knew more about her and she also spoke out her idea with confidence. After that, she started enjoying the training and participated in the teamwork. 

  • Which of the ecological systems you were working in;

I think I use microsystem 

  • Anything else you could have done in the other systems - name the system and what you might have done or could do in future.

If I were a teacher, I might also use mesosystem in this case like talking to her parents and visit her inveronment.
