To be able to create safe and supportive learning environments we need unity in the school. Respect , understanding, corrpation between teachers and students. It is important to have good connection with students as a teacher. When they make mistakes, instead of only giving punineshment and scrolling explain camly  why it is wrong and what not to do the same mistakes and learn from it. Appreactie and give reward when they have done something proud. Enforce there is not discrimanation amount students and tread farily to every students. Place the suggection box where students can report their ideas and concerns safely. Give group disscution assigments to be able to work together with different ideas and people.
