As we enter week 3, we are wondering if you have had a chance to put any of the ideas from weeks 1 and 2 into practice in your learning and teaching environment. If you did, what happened? If not, what are your plans for implementing the ideas? Please share your experiences in the forum below.

So far, I haven't had a chance to apply what I have learned from week 1 and 2 in classrooms yet; however, it has been helping me reflect on my past work and the students I have encountered. I, now, better understand why some students behave in certain way, and if I see more of them in the future, I believe I will be able to help them out better.

I plan to apply more of the Ecological Theory System in the future to understand the students better and, at the same time, to be able to prompte empathy among students.
