I think it is a really great idea that knowing clearly about the environment or community of the students you might teach. So that you can create an effective teaching and learning space for the society. Yes, I can use these ideas. But the ideas that using these context of teaching could change according to the situation of students, location and society. 

If I were in the migrant society or domestic country society, I might use the same ideas of teaching context by analyzing and evaluating base on my work. I will measure weekly effectiveness and support of teaching that can give growth or development of the students.
