Space for listening to learners

Keeping space for listening to learners is vital to know how well your students understood your lesson, and how curious they are beyond the lessons. In addition, it is not just about listening to them, but building trust with them. For me, as a teacher, I usually keep a feedback or question chart where every student can write whatever they feel and want to know. I usually do this at the end of the class, and then I bring it back home and figure out I could possibly solve it. The next day, I discuss with the students and share our opinions with each other, and I suggest the best possible solution to their questions.
