Supporting your learners

I think this lesson plan is helpful because it gives students a chance to share their dreams and feel heard. It can support them emotionally and motivate them to learn.

I can use these ideas in my context, but I may need to simplify the activity and give more guidance, especially for students who are shy or have difficulty expressing their ideas.

At the microsystem level, I can support learners by listening more, encouraging them, and creating a safe space for them to share their hopes. This can help build trust and support their future goals.
