Reflect on theory

After completing the quiz, this made me realize that Ecological system Theory is not all about choosing the one correct answer, because the system can be overlap and the cause can be more than one system depending on the context.

This theory helps me more student's condition, not just focusing on what happens in the classroom but also considering their family ,community and other broad matters. This theory remind me to be more reflective and understanding when working with students.

Overall, I find the theory really useful and will share it back to my colleague in  community.
