After learning from week 1 and week 2, I realize that i  had use  most of  them  when i was a teacher. I learned those ways from my teacher, coworker and i applyed it to the class but i just don't realize that it was a theory and system to make supportive learning environment. After attending week 1 and week 2, I know that the layer of ecological systems and the activity that i had play are to get to know the students better.

One things i learn the very new is that VPLP and it very helpful as well. I can see that we have plenty of school but with very different systems, some are similar. After learning this, I analyze that educations can make conflict and have advantage and disadvantage.
