Reflection

I would organise my classroom to be accessible, flexible, and visually clear by arranging desks for collaboration, keeping materials easy to reach, and maintaining a calm, welcoming space; I establish safety through clear positive rules, modeling routines, and using non-verbal cues and daily check-ins, which helps improve behavior and engagement, while I’ve learned to avoid clutter and explicitly teach routines early, build rapport from day one, stay curious about student behavior, and greet each student at the door to create a positive, fresh start every day.
