Reflection

I organise my classroom by arranging seats tidily but flexibly, examble we can move the seats according to learning style to make students more comfortable. 

I establish boundaries by setting clear rules, such as respect for each other and being friendly to all students.

I have noticed positive effects, such as better focus, participation, and cooperation.
