In this situation, a student affected by conflict showed trauma and difficulty focusing in class. I supported the student by observing their behavior, creating a safe environment, and communicating with their family, which reflects work in the microsystem. In the future, I could also strengthen the mesosystem by collaborating more with teachers and parents, and the exosystem by seeking support from school leaders or counseling services.
