Reflection

In my classroom, I'll try to organise the environment so that students feel safe, respected, and comfortable participating when I become a teacher. I'll set clear rules such as respecting each other, listening when others speak, and no bullying, which helps create positive boundaries. I have noticed that when the classroom is calm and supportive, students are more confident and willing to learn, but when it is not well-organised, some students become distracted or quiet. I also learned from others that grouping students and giving them roles can improve participation and collaboration. One idea I would suggest is creating a small “safe space” corner in the classroom where students can calm down or reflect when they feel overwhelmed, which can really help in challenging situations.
