• How do you currently organise your classroom environment?

I usually set my classroom environment friendly. I make sure that the students feel like I am someone who can be trusted and someone whom they can rely on as a friend, sister or sometimes mother.

• How do you establish boundaries that create a positive and safe environment for learning?

Normally, at the first day of my class, I start with setting rules and regulations. I don't set any rules but myself but make the students think of the classroom rules by themselves. I made clear that these rules are made by them and they have to follow it everyday. 

• Have you noticed any positive or negative effects of your classroom organisation on student behaviour and learning?

Yes. I think the way I interact with them directly effect the students' behaviour and learning. When I come to school with tired face, they would notice it and they would not be so active in learning as they are just watching at my face, and scare to ask questions or sometimes they don't even dare to ask to go to toilet.

• Have you read any suggestions from others on the course that could help you improve your own teaching practice?

Yes. The 1/3 TTT rule. Taking only 1/3 time of the lesson and let the students work on other 2/3 time. I need to be aware of this as I cannot usually stop once I started talking and explaining something.
