In my classroom, I organized my classroom as student-friendly, comfort and simple style where student chairs are setting  face to face just for discussion and learning in pair purpose. In the classroom, we have some ground rules set by the students such as punctuality , not eating in classroom, mutual respect to each other. I noticed that if the learning environment is simple and comfort students are feeling an ease to participate class activities and more engaging in studies but if the environment is disrupted, the students become less active in classroom. If I have to recommend one idea I would like to suggest changing the environment sometimes to make student put more concentration in study
