I regularly create space for listening to learners by using simple routines such as short check-ins at the beginning of each class, where students can share their feelings or thoughts. I also encourage open discussions and allow students to express their opinions during lessons. Sometimes, I use small group activities so that quieter students feel more comfortable speaking. Through these approaches, I try to build trust, understand their needs, and respond to their experiences in a supportive way.
