Sharing My Reflection

This week helps me understand the importance of students' social and emotional effect on their learning and how teachers can address such challenges to help students learn better.

It also gives me a realization about howthe big the impact of a teacher's action is on students' lives. Even small talk with the students helps the students feel valued and heared and, also, heps the teacher access the students' emotional state, allowing teachers to better adjust their lessons.
