The lessons from week 1 and week 2 helps understand teachers how to approach teaching to classroom. Especially, it can help teachers who are in conflict settings to encourage positive learning to students. Importantly, I have seen teachers' responsibilities and creativities to apply in classroom. Next, teachers' roles that affect to students are very important to growing and understanding themselves. This lessons helps me how to handle classroom and how to understand students' background from different perspectives. Therefore, it is excellent to use theories to create healthy learning space as a teacher.
