Currently, I organize my classroom environment by building positive relationships with my students. They can speak and ask questions freely if they want to share something or if they do not understand what I deliver. I establish clear boundaries through rules such as punctuality, respect, and raising hands before speaking. Sometimes, I allow students to take responsibility for following and reinforcing these rules. I have noticed that when they follow the rules, they become more disciplined and confident individuals.
