- How do you help your learners to identify and talk about their emotions?- I help learners to identify and talk about their emotions by giving them space to think of their feeling, write it and share it to their friend. sometimes, we let them drew how they feel and what kind of place they would like to go? This is also kind of emotional express. Sometimes, we did meditations in the class so that which will release their stress and concerned.
- How do you find out what your learners’ needs are with respect to their social and emotional well-being?- To find out learners' need s are with respect to their social and emotional well being, I observe each students in each day, how they behave with their friend, Are they quite in the class? Do they avoid other people? So that i ask them how they feel which make them express their feeling and they feel respected and not ignored.
- What activities have you used to support learners’ social and emotional well-being and development?-I have used activities such as daily emotional journaling, group discussions, and role-play to support learner social and emotional well-being. I also included calming activities like deep breathing and gave positive feedback to encourage students. These activities help learners understand their emotions, build relationships, and develop self-control.
