This week, I learned teacher do more than just teach the lessons. They give care ,warmth and help students feel valued,safe and hopeful. Using the Ecological theory, I understad that many systems affect students, like their family , school and community. This system have a big influence on how students behave or learn. Teacher can help by listening and understanding. Also education can act as a liberator and peacebuilder,giving students hope for better future.
