supporting your learners

I think as a teacher which really important to know students' emotional wellbeing and physical wellbeing. So before lesson, asking how are their feelings , knowing students' feeling which can develop their learning and emotion wellbeing. if i have a chance to teach, i surly to use  those type of systems.
