i have seem that our teachers do are  students draw picture how is your emotion and share in the class. each months one day, teacher and students go outside and attend about emotionwellbeing and physcial wellbeing which can reduce their stress and worried. i see every students enjoy and like it.  Because doing mentlwellbeing activities , it produce students  physcial healthy  and can forcus to do somethings.
