Over the past two weeks, I have started to put some of the ideas into practice in my classroom. One change I tried was using more structured questioning at the beginning and end of lessons to check prior knowledge and understanding. This has helped me see where students need more support and has made them more engaged in the learning process.

I also experimented with giving learners a chance to share what is going well and what challenges they face. Even though it was a simple activity, it gave me valuable insights into their lives and helped me adjust my teaching to be more responsive.

If I haven’t yet implemented all the ideas, my plan is to introduce “exit slips” at the end of lessons so students can reflect on their learning and raise questions. I believe this will strengthen communication and help me support their dreams more effectively.
